Shipping and delivery

Who delivers

Redwood’s own team delivers your order anywhere in the UAE. We may later use a local courier for some of those deliveries. The delivery address is collected on the Stripe checkout page and must be in the UAE. We do not charge a delivery or logistics fee beyond the amount we have told you for that order.

Collection

At checkout you can choose collection from Office 110, Al Asmawi Building, Dubai Investments Park 1, PO Box 440346, Dubai, UAE instead of delivery. Collection is free, and Stripe does not ask for a delivery address. Bring the order reference when you collect, and a matching photo ID if we ask for it.

Rates

Checkout charges AED 78.75 for delivery in the UAE. That amount includes VAT, and it is the fee Stripe adds when you choose delivery. Delivery is free when the goods total, including VAT, is AED 2,000.00 or more. Collection is free. [TO CONFIRM: the delivery fee of AED 78.75 and free delivery from AED 2,000.00].

We do not charge more than the delivery fee shown at checkout. The fee is on the invoice with the goods.

Timing

The quantity shown on a product page comes from our catalogue snapshot, so “in stock” is a guide rather than a promise of the exact number of units on the day you pay. If we cannot supply an item, we tell you and refund that item through Stripe. For goods that are not in stock, we tell you the lead time before we dispatch. If a delay means the goods are no longer of use to you, you can cancel that item and we refund it.

Risk

Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us, or when you collect them. You own the goods once we have received payment in full. If a parcel arrives damaged, follow the returns and refunds page and keep the packaging. We pay the cost of returning damaged or incorrect goods.
